RENTALS
Capitol Hill Condominiums does not have a rental cap at this time, however some restrictions apply. See Bylaws Amendment (2002-06-26) for details. If you are considering leasing your unit, please submit a written request to the Community Manager, along with a completed and signed rental application BEFORE entering a lease agreement. All rentals are subject to approval, in writing, by the Association Board of Directors.
AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES
Please call our office during business hours: 503-297-1014. Emergencies include water leaks, water intrusion or lack of water. Please contact your local utility company first to determine if their services are temporarily down.
